We calculate our prices based on a combination of time on site, volume, weight, the type of property and the ease of access.
We have extensive experience in clearing properties of all types within Manchester, including detached, semi-detached, terraced, cottage, bungalow and flats. Along with the property itself, we can also clear your garage, other outbuildings and the garden.
We will agree to a convenient time for clearing the property and you will receive a courtesy call 30minutes before we arrive. In addition to this, we will do all of the moving and loading so that you don’t have to.
We can take all items of furniture, electrical items & green waste (organic waste that can be composted) as part of the house clearance service. However, we will require prior notice relating to items that are classified as hazardous waste, such as fridges, freezers, CRT TVs, fluorescent tubes, oils, paints, car tyres, batteries and Mattresses.
After we have cleared the items from your household, we follow the “3 R’s” of waste management; Reduce, Reuse & Recycle in order to minimise what is sent to landfill.
We assess each item individually to see whether it can be re-used. If it can, it will be donated to charity within the Manchester area whereas if this is not the case, we recycle what we can before sending the rest to a landfill.
