As the site was a railway station we had to use a fibreglass scaffold and wear orange high viz vests and trousers.
Completed by a 3 man team completed the works within 1 day, the waste was taken from the platform on a trolley, up a lift, and into a loading area. Yes Waste cage tippers removed the waste from the site and disposed of it at fully licensed waste transfer stations.
As part of the enabling works, we had to clean down some elevated cabling above the advertising hoarding that was covered in bird droppings. This was to allow electricians to come in and start works.
