4th floor office strip-out within Leeds

What were the main challenges?

The main challenge of completing the project was that the office was located on the 4th floor and lift access was not allowed. Therefore. we had to protect and the stairwell before the project started and maintain this protection throughout the works.

Strip out included:

As part of the strip out we had to remove the following:

Plasterboard partitions
Glass partitions
Blinds
Windowsills
Carpet tiles
Pillar boxing in
Suspended ceilings, grids / tiles
Kitchen including appliances
Internal doors
Cables, power and ethernet
Skirting boards
Bulk heads
Trunking
Office furniture

Waste removed included:

All of the waste generated by the strip-out was removed by our own Yes Waste teams and disposed of at fully licensed waste transfer stations within Leeds. The kinds of waste materials that we had to remove included:
